ChargeMark & Electra
Conformance testing for EV chargers, ready for pilots, and Electra, an early-stage platform for running a charging network: one tests the ecosystem, the other will operate it.

I'm Vishwa Ranjan. I lead alternate energy in Indian Oil's Retail Transformation: an EV charging programme of 6,000 fast and 10,000 slow chargers and the battery-swapping infrastructure growing beside it, built in step with ministry officials and regulators. Everything else you will find here comes from the same curiosity that took me into that work: a body of software I have been building alongside it, and the essays where I think out loud. From December 2026 I am independent, and available for a little consulting.
