Products where the constraint is trust, privacy, or both.
Sanketa
Proof of concept running Private, invite-only, end-to-end-encrypted messaging, voice and video for people
with a real reason to worry about targeted surveillance — built on the Signal protocol
over our own server, with a device-hardening and periodic forensic programme around it.
Two design decisions define it: we hold no keys, so there is nothing to surrender that
we do not have; and no alert ever wipes a device automatically, because destroying the
evidence of an attack destroys the most valuable thing the service produces.
Adda 365
Web app live, campus rollout pending A strictly 18+ social and dating product for Indian campuses, built around
compatibility games and shared activities rather than endless swiping, with sexual-health
and mental-health sections staffed properly. Most of the engineering went somewhere
unglamorous: verified age rails per market, a hash-chained and encrypted message store
that stays admissible as evidence, and a moderation and grievance pipeline that meets
the deadlines Indian and European law actually set.
Omnivive
Backend live, iOS app in build Point your camera at a plate and get a calorie estimate. No account, no identifiers,
nothing to correlate: the photograph is analysed in memory and never written anywhere,
and the estimate lives only on your phone. The discipline about what the system
deliberately never sees and never keeps is the actual product.
Voice agents
Working prototype Every business above a certain size has the same broken front door — a number that
rings into hold music, or nothing at all. And every caller wants the same modest thing:
to be answered promptly, in their own language, by something that resolves the problem.
I am building voice agents that handle inbound customer calls, hand over to a human
exactly when they should, and are measured against the only metric that matters: did
the caller get what they called for.
